When finalising your shopping cart the following shipping options are available:
Shipping - Australia Post
- Trees are pruned to Australia Post requirements.*
- This is the default option when checking out.
- Choose this option for your first/only order for the season.
- The cost is shown in the shopping cart.
POST with my earlier order(s)
- Trees are pruned to Australia Post requirements.*
- If you already have at least one undelivered order choose this option.
- The cost is shown in the shopping cart.
I will collect my order
- Trees do not need to be pruned.
- We let you know when your order is ready and available collection times.
- You confirm a pick-up time with us.
- This option is FREE.
I will arrange my own courier (packing charges may apply)
- Trees do not need to be pruned.
- We let you know when we have picked out your order(s) and the dimensions of the parcel(s).
- You arrange a courier and tell us the date and time your courier will visit us.
- Collections available during normal business hours with at least 24 hrs notice
- This option is FREE if you are using a specialist plant courier, see list ....
- General couriers may require plants to be completely wrapped - in this case the charge is $1/plant, minimum charge $10.
IMPORTANT NOTE - COURIERS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE! In our opinion they don't make sense except for orders worth a minimum of several thousand dollars. If you do not want your trees cut to length for posting it will often make more sense financially to take a few days and come and collect your order rather than pay for a courier.
*Trees must be pruned to a maximum length of 105cm to comply with Australia Post parcel size limits.
