Vaccinium corymbosum 'Northland' is a very cold-hardy, compact, dense, rounded, deciduous shrub, with green leaves turning attractive shades of gold, orange, red and purple in autumn. In late spring, bell-shaped, white flowers give way to showy clusters of medium-sized, medium blue, sweet blueberries which ripen in early summer. Its reddish stems can be attractive in winter.
