Apple 'Eagle Point Star' has medium-sized fruits have crimson-purple skin, with flesh that has red/purple blush, and dark pink-purple seeds. When the fruit is cut across it's waist, the blushed flesh can look like a star. With attractive magenta blossom, interesting fruit that's nice eating, this is a great apple tree for the garden or orchard. Found growing on the side of a road in Gippsland near Eagle Point in Victoria.
