This graceful ornamental tree has deeply-lobed green leaves that turn a beautiful golden yellow in autumn. The bark of the Cut Leaf Silver Birch (Betula pendula 'Dalecarlica') is an attractive silver white that contrasts beautifully with the deciduous foliage. The upright tree grows into a pyramidal shape and the tips of the branches hang gracefully. Looks beautiful grown in groves of multiple trees and in avenues. Will need supplementary irrigation in hot dry sites.
