Magnolia x soulangiana 'Black Tulip' (TM) is one of the darkest hued tulip magnolias. The burgundy-red flowers can be up to 15cm across and make a dramatic sight when they appear before the foliage in late winter.
Black Tulip (TM) is a small, deciduous, slender, multi-branched large shrub or small tree, as an elegant specimen, multiple plants forming a hedge, or as a large container plant.
Grows to a small tree 6m tall by 3m wide.
